Members

There are 12 regional NRM organisations in Queensland, each of them with their own unique structure and with deep connections to the communities in which they operate. Each group has its own board of directors and strong governance arrangements, ideally positioning the organisations to respond to local needs in appropriate ways. Board members are representatives of these communities.

Each NRM region has a Regional NRM Plan which is reviewed every five years. These Regional NRM Plans are developed in partnership with the people who live in these communities and who rely on the region’s natural assets for their lifestyle and livelihoods
